Karen created and chairs Medtronic's Health Equity Advisory Committee and is a featured guest on industry podcasts about the role of industry in advancing health equity. She is a frequent speaker at national meetings and conferences, lending her voice to the national conversation on a variety of healthcare issues. She has served as a voting member of the National Quality Forum's Measure Applications Partnership and represented industry on the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Industry Council.
